How to start - Sign into your Civicom account and click the "Dial-out Conference Blaster" tab. Your phone number is in the first, or host position. Select and edit it if you'd like.

When you are finished entering additional phone numbers, press the "Call Now" button.

What happens? - Your phone will ring first. When you answer, you will be asked to press 1 to initiate the conference. As soon as you do so, all the other phones will ring simultaneously.

When participants answer their phones, they will hear the message "press 1 to join a Civicom conference." (This is to ensure that we do not connect with multiple voice mail systems in the first "blast.")

If a busy signal or voice mail is reached, the updated web page will indicate this. If you try again, the party will join such that you hear what is happening. If you reach a voice mail recording, you can click "drop" to disconnect.

International savings - This service gives you the lowest possible rates for international conferencing - because we dial to the participants from the U.S. instead of the reverse. Rates are always considerably less when dialing from the U.S. than vice versa.

The fee is 15¢/minute/party to dial-out to parties in the U.S. & Canada. International rates vary by country and are listed on the pricing page.

Add a party - To add a party to a Conference Blaster call, click the "Add a party" link, enter a phone number, and press "Call Now."

Mute/unmute/drop parties by clicking the link next to the phone number.

Use the call again - To repeat the same call, click on the "My Conferences" link.
