Recording Options

• No need to access cumbersome FTP sites! With a few clicks you can upload files directly to your online Civicom account for easy access.

• Use our conferencing system to conduct interviews, Focus Group Sessions and conference calls!
• Our system will automatically record the call and notify us when the file is ready to be transcribed.
• The audio file is placed in your account and emailed directly to you.
• Once the transcript is complete, we will send you a copy via email and post it to your online account.
• Use our FREE digital voice recorder and Recording service!
• Avoid mailing in those cumbersome cassette tapes, which only extends turn around time and adds to the expense!
• You can use a FREE digital voice recorder, which we will mail to you upon committing to the service and/or you can use our Dial-A-Note service, which allows you to record a conversation from any location that has access to a phone!
• Mail in CDs/DVDs/cassette tapes.
• If you prefer to use those cassette tapes, send them along and we will convert the audio to a digital format, post the recording files to your online account for easy access and transcribe the recordings.
