Our System Recognizes You
If you supply your phone number to Dial-A-Note our system will recognize you each time you call in — no PINs needed! This means all you need to do is call Dial-A-Note and start talking. We take care of the rest.
CRM Information Entry
Civicom will request limited access to place information in a company’s CRM account. Most CRM systems have this feature, and if your system does not, we can work with you to create it.

Listen, start over, pause, resume and record a new note all in one call. These features make Dial-A-Note like conventional dictating.

What is the turnaround time?
We can complete notes in as little as 3 hours. Most clients opt to have all notes entered into their CRM system by 5 AM the following business morning.
If I elect to receive an email, how do my notes arrive?
Notes will be displayed in the body of the email. We can also attached the same notes in a Word document if you’d like.
Can I send notes to others besides myself?
Yes. Just start the note with, "send this note to..." You may also provide a list of email addresses that always receive your notes.
How much does it cost?

Is there a limit to the number of notes the system can process in a given day?
No – we will set the system up to be able to handle your expected number of notes no matter the volume.
