More Research, Less Resources, No problem: How John Deere Gets it Done

Thursday, April 3, 2014 at 2pm EST

One of the biggest issues facing insights teams and researchers is how to meet increasing project demand with limited resources. As Jessica Kettler, Manager of Online Research at John Deere will attest to, this pain is not exclusive to small or mid-market organizations.

As part of an army of few in the online research department, Jessica will share a day in the life so you can learn firsthand the pressures and demands of a John Deere online researcher in 2014. More importantly, with co-presenter and trusted partner Jen Drolet of iModerate, Jessica will show you how she gains efficiencies without sacrificing quality through strong partnerships, unique approaches and by shifting the paradigm of the research-client relationship.

Through examples, attendees will see how Deere is able to engage their hard-to-reach audiences and deliver the voice of the customer. Researchers will walk away with ideas on how they can make their lives easier, while the rest of us will discover what it takes to garner game-changing insight for one of the largest manufacturers in the world.
